Training

A common problem that we encounter is that of employees not having the expertise required to enable them to use computer systems effectively, resulting in either unused software/hardware or poor performance.

When we introduce any new technology we begin training the staff involved to use it correctly. Not just by giving them a few hours instruction and leaving them to it, but by starting off doing the bulk of the work ourselves and gradually increasing the workload of the staff member/s involved and when they feel confident enough, leave them in complete control. This has proved extremely successful and we have trained computer novices to work complex systems and software packages independently from ourselves within weeks.
